Database Searches
Searches can find candidates from our up-to-date database.
Our database covers a multitude of disciplines (for a list of those covered please refer to the attached sheet). For clients seeking to fill permanent staff or contract/temporary positions quickly this can be the most cost effective way of proceeding.
The job specification is discussed between the client and our consultant and a thorough search made of the database.
The position is discussed with all appropriately qualified candidates and their suitability and attributes are assessed against the specification.
Shortlisted candidates are then forwarded to the client, where the consultant will assist in interview arrangements and generally offer advise and support to the client through to the successful conclusion of the assignment.
Selection
Selection is of particular benefit to clients where senior management time is at a premium and/or confidentiality is required to complete the inital screening of candidates.
- Full discussion and briefing session with our consultant to prepare the assignment brief and agree the candidate and job profiles.
- Preparing of advertising copy and the production of the advertisement together with the selection of appropriate media. Advertisements are designed and produced 'in-house' to give complete control and flexibility which is often needed to meet tight deadlines.
- Screening of all respondents to the advertisement(s) and the compilation of records and acknowledgements to all candidates.
- Confidential discussions with candidates to determine their suitability, experience and personal attributes against the agreed profiles.
- Presentation of a detailed and confidential Personal Profile Analysis report on each short listed candidate which will greatly assist in the final stages of selection.
- Advice and support to both candidate and client through to the conclusion of the assignment.
Executive Search
An Executive Search is of particular benefit in the recruitment of more senior staff who are perhaps not actively seeking other employment and who do not often respond to advertisements, normally through lack of time.
This type of service is of particular benefit in the recruitment of senior staff who, once identified and approached confidentially can very often be encouraged to consider alternatives. This service provides:
